To kick things off, let's look at the Stargate SG-1 Illustrated Companion.

This series of books by Thomasina Gibson gives you an episode-by-episode look at the television program Stargate: SG-1. Each volume features detailed coverage of two seasons at a time. A brief plot synopsis for each episode is followed by commentary and behind-the-scenes information. Interviews with the cast & crew make for fascinating reading. Book one features character synopsis by the actors, giving their own take on the character. Book two covers production design, costume design and visual effects. Book three has just been made available for ordering and features two covers. All 3 volumes are available to order from Amazon or your local comicbook retailer.
